The certificate program includes the following three courses:
1. Basic Mathematics
This course is designed to provide students with the fundamentals of college mathematics and problem solving. Topics include fractions, decimals, statistics, geometry, and basic algebra. 2. Introductory Algebra
This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of algebra. Topics include linear equations, polynomials, factoring, and rational expressions. 3. Intermediate Algebra
The main focus of this course is to teach students how to solve complex Algebraic equations and problems. Topics include graphing, exponents and radicals, and quadratic equations.
Accelerated Math is perfect as a refresher course or for preparing for the Accuplacer Math, SAT, and GRE, and GMAT exams.
